NEW Health tip.
How are you sitting right now?  Bring your chin in, relax your shoulders. Then take a big breath in, stand up and stretch you arms up to the sky, as you exhale bring your arms down and sit. Rotate your shoulder backwards a few times, rotate your wrists, create a big smile and have a few sips of water. Ah ...  that feels good and only takes a moment.

OTHER TIPS
Don't drink water with your meals as it dilutes your digestive juices and slows the breakdown of your food and this delay can cause discomfort, bloating and flatulence. This is especially important as we get older as our digestive juices are generally depleted. Try not to drink water half hour before your meal and an hour after your meal. The old saying "you are what you eat" is true, as is "you are what you digest". In between meals drink filtered water, herbal teas, fresh vegetable and fruit juices.

Have a cup or two of brewed dandelion root "coffee" each day. Not real coffee but it looks like coffee, especially if it has chicory with it, tastes good and is very good for your digestion, is restorative to your liver, and helps with weight management. In a study with mice who were all fed junk food, half of the mice were given a few drops of dandelion each day. The dandelion group were slim and the non-dandelion group were all overweight. Give it a try and let me know how you go.....
